One of the great aspects to working with
Barefoot Pilates is that we have a variety of
specialty programs to help students of all
levels an opportunity to improve a specific
area. Each program uses a different instruction
method, equipment and exercises, tailored to
your need. Below you will find a list of our
current specialty programs. Be sure to check

Total Fitness and Wellness:
Pilates provides the perfect TOTAL FITNESS
PROGRAM and is great on its own, and at the same
time, it is the perfect complement to
cardiovascular exercise, athletic training and
rehabilitative therapies such as physiotherapy,
chiropractic treatment and osteopathy.
Pilates is excellent as a post-natal exercise
routine and is ideal during a normal healthy
pregnancy to maintain strength and balance, to
deal with special circumstances and to prepare

An Introduction to Barefoot
Pilates
This is the perfect program for newer clients,
or for those new to the art of Pilates. In this
program you will learn the basics of Pilates, as
well as become familiar with the terms,
exercises and methods used. In addition, this
program will help you develop an appreciation
for Pilates in your everyday life. During this
period we can also help identify any specific
needs that you have.

Long Drive
This golf-specific program focuses on the
muscles involved in this complex sport. With the
Long Drive program we will specialize on
increasing your flexibility and help improve
your club speed and ball distance. In addition
you will learn how to gain overall stamina while
preventing overuse and back injury common with

Love All
This is our tennis-specific program designed to
help you focus on keeping your core and
stability muscles strong. We will help you
increase the power behind your swing, enabling
improved serves and returns. You will learn
exercises that will give you more shoulder
rotation and explosive leg strength, and achieve
muscle endurance necessary to perform at your

Bone Builder
This is a perfect program for those clients
looking to increase bone mass. The Bone Builder
program was created for our clients who have
been diagnosed with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis.
We will help you combat the progression of bone
loss with exercise designed specifically for
building stronger bones.

Kidz Fit
