convenient to their schedule, rather

Our
small group class philosophy allows
participants to experience some of
the individual instructors attention
from personal training. We limit our
group classes to a maximum of four
participants to ensure that the
instructor can still supervise all
the exercises properly, so you
remain safe. This option also suits
people who prefer the social
interaction of working within a
